During 2009, the Privacy Council will plant 1 tree for every family that completely purges their name from all marketing lists, including catalogs, mailers and junk mail. This will also save one tree, and allow you to gradually opt-in to the mailings you do want to receive. The net impact will save 1 million trees in 2009.
