		<description>MySpace should be so far from on trial concerning this story.  If myspace were to be on trial the court would be asking them to go against the first amendment.  I honestly see no difference in Lori Drew doing this on line rather than harassing Megan over the phone.   So the fact that a social website could be blamed for hate speech resulting in the death of an insecure teen is like At&amp;t being sued for issuing someone a phone with the capability of receiving a crank call.</description>

The worst part is there really is no way to tell who people really are on here.  Perverts, bullies, addicts, and lunatics are online just as strong if not more so than out in the real world and they can be pretending to be anyone!  

I read an article in this morning&#039;s local paper about how 1 out of every 3 people online isn&#039;t who they claim to be at all.   Are you surprised?</description>
