If myspace were to be on trial the court would be asking them to go against the first amendment. I honestly see no difference in Lori Drew doing this on line rather than harassing Megan over the phone. So the fact that a social website could be blamed for hate speech resulting in the death of an insecure teen is like At&t being sued for issuing someone a phone with the capability of receiving a crank call.
